The Opentrons Customer Success Manager (CSM) service is a complimentary client service. As scientists and OT-2 experts, CSMs ensure you are satisfied with the system you purchased and able to successfully automate your chosen protocol in your lab. When you are ready to start using the OT-2 in your lab, your CSM will set up a kickoff call with you, as well as periodic check-in calls to ensure your protocol development and implementation is on track. CSMs can answer all of your questions and guide you through the open-source Opentrons ecosystem.
